Administrative role within the office environment providing a high level of customer service to all Retail/ Wholesale/ Hospitals and dispensing doctors accounts. Maximising company sales by promoting Waymade plc product portfolio and building relationships with existing customers and developing new business through prospect calling. Dealing with invoicing and orders for the department. Supporting the commercial team with all aspects of Administration.

Main purpose of job
• Promoting products within the Waymade plc portfolio
• Developing all existing accounts to maximum sales potential by identifying sales opportunities
• Ensuring full telephone coverage of all existing accounts.
• Target all potential customers and develop new business
• Liaising with prospective clients to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Maintain contact with customers
• Being aware of availability of product and promotional strategy’s
• Provide market feedback on pricing and product availability on a daily basis via e-mail
• Account management. Maximise call/develop accounts/increase sales
• Other duties as assigned

• Processing orders accurately with minimum errors
• Communicating vital market information to relevant channels
• Deal promptly and efficiently with customer requests
• Working towards objectives set from company/territory plan

GCSE passes at Grade C or above
Computer literate – Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience & Competences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work to deadlines
Sound time management skills
Sales/Customer Service experience in a target orientated field would be a significant advantage although training will be given
Problem solving skills
